Fall in New England is short and sweet, and so are these family photography sessions. If you’ve been meaning to get updated fall family photos, why not check them off at the tail end of your weekend?
We’ll meet at one of my favorite spots — a hidden Berkshire landmark with a little history, a little mystery, and a lot of beauty. These mini sessions take place during golden hour for warm, flattering light — and in just 10 minutes, you’ll be on your way again with a beautiful gallery to choose from.

Perfect for busy families who…
- Want family portraits for holiday cards without blocking off half the day
- Love the idea of gorgeous photos but dread the “will the kids cooperate?” question
- Value professional family photography but don’t have the bandwidth to plan a long session right now
- Always feel like fall sneaks up and holiday season arrives before they’ve even picked out a photo
Because these sessions are so short, kids don’t have time to get bored — we move quickly, keep it light, and capture real smiles in the moment. You just show up, I’ll take care of the rest.

Weather plan:
If it’s sunny, we’ll get that gorgeous golden glow. If it’s cloudy, we’ll have even, soft, generous lighting that photographs beautifully. Light drizzle is usually workable; in the case of heavy rain, we’ll reschedule.
Session Details:
- Date: Sunday, October 12th, between 4-6pm
- Location: Sheffield, MA (exact location shared upon booking)
- Session length: ~10 minutes
- Price: $175 + tax
- Includes: A gallery of 8–10 edited images to choose from, with 3 digital downloads included (additional available for purchase)
If the booking link isn’t active when you’re reading this, join my email list instead — subscribers always get first access to mini session spots before they open to the public!

Make a Day of It in the Berkshires & Litchfield Hills
Your fall family photo session from 4–6 pm is the perfect way to wrap up a fall day. Here are a few ideas to enjoy before your portraits:
- Explore the Salisbury Fall Festival in neighboring Salisbury — a classic New England celebration with crafts, live music, and seasonal treats.
- Treat yourself at Modern Milk Bar in Sheffield — their ice cream is worth the trip on its own.
- Take a hike at Lion’s Head in Salisbury — the views of the fall foliage are breathtaking any time of day
- Wrap up with dinner at either Roberto’s Pizza in Sheffield or the Bistro Box in Great Barrington, both perfect for families
I’d love to help you craft your perfect fall day — if you’d like more recommendations based on where you’re coming from, just reach out and I’d be happy to share ideas.
