Do you ever wish the little expressions you know so well could be captured and preserved while your kids are still this little? That’s exactly what my Short & Sweet Sessions are designed for.

These sessions are quick—just five minutes—but that’s all it takes to create a fine art portrait of your child. Offered once a year, they’re a simple way to get timeless portraits without the stress of a full photo session.

What to Expect

Short & Sweet Sessions are straightforward. Your child steps in front of a natural-light setup with a classic backdrop, I spend a few minutes photographing them, and that’s it.

Because I also photograph school portraits, I know how to make kids comfortable quickly and capture authentic expressions—even when we only have a few minutes together.

What to Wear

The best choice is whatever your child feels comfortable in. If you’d like the portraits to feel timeless and classic, avoid neon colors, clothing with large logos, or bold text. Simple, solid colors or subtle patterns always work beautifully with natural light.
